The technical conscience of our Claude practice. You'll lead how we design solutions, what we recommend to clients, and how the technical work comes together.

What the engagement includes
  • Technical architecture leadership on complex Claude engagements — agent design, retrieval systems, workflow orchestration, evaluation frameworks, deployment patterns
  • The hard calls on buy-vs-build-vs-configure — knowing when Claude Projects is enough, when the API is the right answer, and when to talk the client out of the feature entirely
  • Contributing to the Sevenfold solution library — reference architectures, prompts, evaluations, and patterns that travel well across engagements
  • Partnership with engagement leadership on technical scoping so estimates are honest and defensible
  • Coaching engineers and technical analysts — turning real build decisions into growth moments
  • Client-facing technical presence with engineering leaders, CTOs, and architects

  • Building features, prototypes, and production components on client engagements — working alongside the Solutions Engineers
  • The 60–70% of technical work that doesn't yet require senior judgment — done well enough that the senior work is what's left

The Honest Pitch

Every role listed here helps build Sevenfold's enterprise Claude practice in partnership with Anthropic.

First, you'll complete the Claude Partner Program and earn your CCA-F certification — we sponsor and pay for it. You bring the time and commitment. Only after certification will you move into paid client engagements.

Engagements are 1099 and project-based. As a contractor, you'll have genuine control over how and when your work gets done within each engagement's scope. As the pipeline grows, we'll have transparent conversations about W-2 salaried roles for contractors who want them. We won't promise a specific timeline — we promise honesty and priority consideration.
